The overall goal of our Bouldering 102 classes is to develop the climbing skills, abilities, and confidence to reach new heights. 

This class is six weeks in length (with one makeup class) and follow a structured curriculum where climbers are guided and assessed in three different areas:

Knowledge, Technique, and Strength

This class is a fast-paced, full-body session designed to support and enhance your climbing performance. By alternating short bursts of high-effort exercises with brief recovery periods, the class builds power, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness—all essential for longer routes and harder moves on the wall.

Climbers can expect movements that target core strength, grip support muscles, shoulder stability, and lower-body power, helping improve body control, efficiency, and injury prevention. Exercises can be modified for all fitness levels, making the class accessible whether you’re new to training or looking to push your performance further.
