Kids learn climbing skills and activities on our top rope climbing walls and boulder walls! Our curriculum mixes climbing education with hands-on learning, incorporating fun activities along the way to keep kids active, engaged and climbing!

Cancellations & Rescheduling
7 Day Window: You may cancel or reschedule your class up to 1 week (7 days) prior to the date of the first session of the series.
Refunds: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start date will receive a full account credit for future use. Credit card refunds are not provided.
Late Cancellations: Because our classes require specific staffing and minimum participant counts to run, cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date (or after the series has begun) are not eligible for refunds, credits or transfers.
Built-in Make-Up: We know life happens! Each 6-week series includes one designated make-up week (a 7th week) following the conclusion of the regular sessions. This is the only make-up opportunity provided. We cannot offer credits or additional sessions for multiple missed classes.
Minimum Enrollment Policy: The Gravity Vault reserves the right to cancel any series that does not reach a 3-student minimum. If a session has only a single registrant, parents will be contacted to discuss alternative options, including a transfer to another class or converting the registration into five (5) 1-on-1 private lessons.
