Each birthday party is two hours long, which includes 1.5 hours of climbing on our top rope climbing walls followed by a half hour to celebrate in our private party room. Gravity Vault Instructors manage the ropes during the climbing portion of the party. Climbing is tailored to the interests and abilities of the participants. A harness is provided for climbers. Participants should wear athletic shoes, or there is the option to rent climbing shoes for $6 per participant. The minimum age for party participants is 5 years old.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We do not allow outside food or beverages other than birthday cake. You are welcome to order from our Catering Menu which is included in the confirmation email.
- Due to the high number of parties on the weekend, we cannot guarantee access to the party room prior to the party starting.

BOOKING:

- Checkout with your preferred package option and complete $175 deposit payment. The deposit is applied towards the final balance. There is the flexibility to change your package 1 week prior to your party.
- 2 Weeks before the party -We will reach out by phone to discuss your final headcount and catering order.
- 1 Week before the party - We will reach out by phone to finalize your event details and add any finishing touches before the big day.
