Cancellations & Rescheduling
Window: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time.
Refunds: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be issued a full account credit to be used for a future booking. Credit card refunds are not provided.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, as well as "no-calls/no-shows," are ineligible for refunds, rescheduling or account credits.
