General Manager

Job Description:

The Gravity Vault Flemington & Lehigh Valley team is looking for an outgoing and energetic individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as the General Manager of both Facilities. As the General Manager you are responsible for the everyday operations of the facility as well as keeping them in line with the overall company strategy and brand wide mission.

Job Responsibilies Include:
  • Responsible for all facility operations.
  • Train, Supervise, and Oversee Gym Managers, Assistant Managers, Route Setters and Team Coaches
  • Manage the facility budgets.
  • Manage payrolls and all other operational expenses.
  • Coordinate with management teams to set goals and facility strategy.
  • Uphold The Gravity Vault Mission.

Team Coach
Job Category: Junior Climbing Teams
Job Description:

As a Team Coach for The Gravity Vault you will facilitate the training for our Youth Climbing Teams.  In the Team Coach role you will have the opportunity to work with other coaching staff to develop and execute training regimens, practice schedules, technique lessons and more. You will mentor the kids as they progress through our program and help them to achieve their climbing goals. 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise climbers at practices.
  • Motivate the kids and empower them to reach new heights.
  • Maintain an encouraging, yet competitive environment which upholds The Gravity Vault's Mission Statement.
  • Attend Competitions with the team.
  • Communicate with Climbers and Parents on goals and achievements.
Requirements:
  • Competition Climbing Experience Necessary.
  • USA Climbing Coaches Certification.
  • Excellent Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Experience Coaching an individual/team sport at the Youth Level.
Assistant Team Coach
