Reschedule, Cancellations, and Refunds
We want your child to enjoy a great week of climbing summer camp, but understand that things happen. We will do what we can to reschedule your registration for another week or credit towards another service with applicable fees below. Should a cancellation be required, additional fees or loss of registration apply. Please review and keep in mind the Reschedule and Cancellation Policies below prior to registration. All Reschedule or Cancellation requests must be made in writing to princeton@gravityvault.com

60 Days or greater from camp start date = No fee
59 - 30 Days from camp start date = $50 fee
29 -15 Days from camp start date = $100 fee
14 - 0 Days = $300 fee

Cancellation
Within 72 hours of payment = Refund less a $25 processing fee
60 Days or greater from camp start date = Refund less a $25 processing fee
59 - 30 Days from camp start date = Refund less a $100 fee
29 - 15 Days from camp start date = Refund less a $200 fee
14 - 0 Days (including No Shows) = Non Refundable/Loss of Registration/No Credit

The Gravity Vault’s week long summer camp is a perfect option for kids 7-14 years old who can’t get enough climbing. The five full days of climbing, including two off site trips, are great for any level of climber. Throughout the week kids will participate in team building, rappelling and games in addition to a ton of top-roping and bouldering! Perfect for those looking to run the ropes without the assistance of an instructor. Participants are welcome to stay and continue climbing for the remainder of the day after class is over.
